Main Beach is located right in the heart of Laguna. It is located in the Village Area near downtown. This is a wide beach with more sandy area than many of the smaller beaches and coves of Laguna Beach. There are volleyball courts, a lifeguard stand, basketball courts, a boardwalk, a playground, large grassy areas, picnic tables, benches, showers, and restrooms. At the north end, there are tidepools as well. Main Beach is just south of Rockpile Beach and Heisler Park and just north of Sleepy Hollow Beach. There is metered street parking along Coast Highway.
